As a coach and trainer, I wanted to create four thematic seasonal journal/planners to help soothe the soul and ground everyday actions. I did this originally for my clients—and then I found it helped me to vision and take action bigger than before.
The inspiration of nature and the seasons brought my clients and I home, with a solid grounding, a sense of calm and balance. Just as the moon affects the ocean tides, nature impacts our psyche. We feel a life-changing impact when we more consciously tap into that source and power.
